1. Products & Hand-Processed Fiber Realities

We take pride in preparing clean, uniform, and high-quality wool batts and fiber products. However, working with raw fleece from small farms carries natural variation:

• Vegetable Matter (VM): While every fleece is thoroughly hand-skirted, washed, picked, and carded, tiny bits of residual vegetable matter (such as flecks of hay or straw) can occasionally remain in finished batts.
• Farm Environment & Animals: Our fiber comes directly from working farms where live animals are raised outdoors. While every batch is thoroughly scoured, subtle traces of lanolin or the natural farm environment may occasionally remain.
• Pets & Animal Allergens: Please be aware that our workspace is cat friendly! While our processed fiber is kept clean and stored away from our feline companions, dander can travel in shared spaces. Additionally, our fleeces originate on working farms alongside sheep and other animals. If you have severe cat or general animal allergies, please keep this in mind before placing an order.
• Color Accuracy: We do our best to photograph products in natural light to represent colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur depending on your device’s screen settings.

2. Order Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Order Cancellations: You may request an order cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order by emailing us. After 48 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed, as your package may already be packed or shipped.
• All Sales Are Final: Due to the small batch, hand processed nature of our fiber products, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges once an order has shipped.
• Order Issues: If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your shipment, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at whippoorwill.fibermill@gmail.com so we can work with you to make it right.

3. Shipping & Overages

• Domestic Shipping Only: We ship exclusively to physical street addresses and P.O. Boxes within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
• Processing & Fulfillment: Orders are packed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of order placement.
• Shipping Overage Refunds: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on estimated rates. If the actual cost to ship your order is $3.00 or more above what you paid at checkout, we will automatically refund the difference back to your original payment method once your package is dispatched.
• Shipping Address & Delivery: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Whippoorwill Fiber Mill is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or packages lost after carrier confirmation of delivery.

All content on this website, including copy, product photography, logos, and branding, is the property of Whippoorwill Fiber Mill LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Whippoorwill Fiber Mill LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
